ACANDTHEJ5 recites: Me and my twin sister were waiting in the back alley of the Riverside Theater
in Milwalkee on April 17th, about six hours before the Oasis, Travis show
was scheduled to start. There were only thee other fans. While talking to
the security guards, and waiting for Noel and the band to be dropped off, I
spotted Dougie and Andy walking into a small used bookstore across the street. They were with a few other friends. I was totally floored. Immediately, I
ran across the street with my sister, (the three other waiting Oasis fans did
not seem to interested) and we entered the bookstore. I introduced myself
to Dougie, and we chatted for about five minutes. He was soooo cool. When I
told him I was from Green Bay, he cocked his head and said "...packers?" I
laughed. He was very, very, very nice. He took a picture with us. Andy was
very quiet, but very nice and smiled a lot. It was out of a dream. We left
them in the book store and took our autographs to return to the alley to wait
for Oasis, who eventually came and signed autographs to us and about ten
other fans, thus making my day the best day of my life.
